Brand Identity

An estate agent which aims squarely at the top-end of the market needs a polished identity from day one.

Working with Property Cloud 9 I have produced a range of printed materials which help them to stand out as a luxury estate agent.

An identity fit for a king

We established early on that a clean, sharp identity with regal colours was the way forwards. Colours were painted and combined on an iPad over a cup coffee with the client, as well as rough symbols, sketches and typefaces. I took these back to the office and began working on several variations, colour schemes and an overall style for the brand.

Putting the pieces together.

Once a style had been established I began working on the final logo. The client was really keen on getting a cloud in the logo as well as a key (I ignored the key..) and so I mocked up several drafts of the logo, showing various colour schemes and formats before we decided on the final thing.
